Professional Home Organizer in Westfield & Summit, NJ
Westfield and Summit are walkable Union County towns with busy downtowns, train stations and tree-lined streets of family homes. The Organizing NJ team helps families here organize, downsize and move, from a single pantry to a whole house. We plan the work with you, and a full-time team carries it through.
How We Help
Kitchens, pantries and coffee bars
Busy family kitchens work best with clear zones. We edit with you, group by how you cook and snack, and add labeled containers so everyone can find things and put them back.
Closets in older homes
Many houses here were built long before walk-in closets. We make reach-in closets, attics and built-ins work harder with the right hangers, bins and shelf space.
Playrooms, mudrooms and basements
Backpacks, sports gear and toys pile up fast in a commuter household. We set up simple zones and labels so kids and adults can keep them that way.
Moving in, moving out or moving far
Our full-time team packs most houses in 3-4 days and unpacks just as fast. For long-distance moves, we send the receiving team a color-coded plan so every box lands in the right room.
Getting a home ready to sell
Before listing photos, we declutter rooms, edit closets and pack non-essentials, working to your realtor's timeline.
Homes We Know

Westfield was settled around 1720 as part of the Elizabethtown Tract and became a town in 1903. It grew from 4,328 residents in 1900 to 15,801 by 1930 and is home to about 31,000 people today. Its downtown has more than 200 shops and won a Great American Main Street Award in 2004. Summit, about 22,700 residents, took off after the Morris and Essex Railroad arrived in 1837. In the 1800s wealthy New Yorkers came by train to stay in its large resort hotels, and later the area turned from farms to estates. After World War II it became known for tree-lined streets and architect-designed houses.
That history shapes the work. Many homes here are older, with smaller closets, steep attic stairs and basements that collect decades of belongings, so we build storage that fits. Busy commuter households need simple systems in the kitchen, mudroom and playroom. Whatever the house, we start with a walk-through and a written plan.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does a professional organizer cost in Westfield or Summit, NJ?
Our rate is $100 per hour per organizer. Larger projects use 24-, 36- or 48-hour packages. Most projects start at $1,200 for a small space, and our Signature package starts at $2,400. Every project starts with a free Discovery Call.
Can you organize a pantry or coffee bar in a Summit or Westfield home?
Yes. We sort everything, group it by use, and set up clear, labeled containers. A pantry is often a good first project at the $1,200 starting point.
Our Westfield house is older with small closets. Can you help?
Yes. We plan storage around the house you have, using slim hangers, shelf dividers, over-door systems and labeled bins in attics and basements.
Do you help families moving out of Summit or into it?
Yes. We pack, coordinate with your movers and unpack the new home, so the kitchen and bedrooms work from the first night.
How long does it take to pack a house?
With our full-time team, most houses are packed in 3-4 days depending on size. Unpacking and setup take about the same.
Do I need to be home while you work?
Not always. We need you for decluttering decisions. For packing and unpacking, many clients hand us the keys and we send updates.
Do you take donations?
Yes. One trunkload of donations is hauled away at no charge. Larger haul-away is available for a fee (we don't remove furniture, mattresses or appliances).
