HOW WE WORK

Clarity Call

We start with a free 30-minute phone or video consultation where we talk through your goals, challenges, and priorities. We’ll also answer any questions you have about pricing, what to expect, and how we work. If we’re a good fit, we’ll follow up with a short virtual questionnaire and a link to schedule your in-home session.

Space Planning

We’ll walk through your space, discuss your goals and daily routines, take measurements, and identify what’s working—and what’s not. If products are needed, we’ll review options for materials, finishes, and styles. A deposit is collected to reserve your project date and begin sourcing. Smaller items are brought to your session; larger ones are shipped directly to your home.

Transformation

Once your session begins, our team gets to work. We’ll guide you through the decluttering and editing process, answer any questions along the way, and install custom organizing systems that fit your space and lifestyle. We’ll finish with light styling to elevate the look and feel of your home. Just sit back, relax, and let us do the heavy lifting.

Maintenance 

Need help keeping your space in shape? We offer optional maintenance sessions to help you stay on top of things. From seasonal refreshes to monthly or quarterly check-ins, we’ll return as needed to fine-tune your systems, reset key areas, and keep everything running smoothly. You don’t have to do it alone — we’re here whenever you need a boost.

Absolutely. Many of our clients are dealing with clutter that’s built up over years. Whether you’re facing a garage full of boxes, an overstuffed basement, or a house full of memories during a downsizing move, we’re here to guide you through it without judgment. No pressure, no sales pitch — just real help and a clear plan.

What types of organizing do you offer?
We help with everything from kitchen and pantry organizing to garage cleanouts, whole-home decluttering, paper and file management, and move prep. We also specialize in downsizing for seniors and packing/unpacking services for local and long-distance moves. If you're not sure where to start, we’ll walk you through it.

What does it cost?
We offer hourly rates and packages for larger projects. Every home and situation is different, so pricing depends on the scope, how many organizers you need, and whether it’s a one-time session or ongoing support. Most clients tell us it’s one of the best investments they’ve made in their home and peace of mind.

Do I have to be involved, or can you do it without me?
We work both ways. Some clients like to be present and hands-on; others want us to manage it independently. We’ll always check in about preferences, boundaries, and next steps, whether we’re organizing your pantry, decluttering your closets, or handling a full house during a move.

What if I’ve already tried organizing on my own or hired someone else?
That’s more common than you think. We’re often called in to finish what others started or help systems actually stick. If you’re still feeling disorganized after past efforts, it might not be your fault — you probably just need a more effective and tailored strategy.

Can you help my parents or aging relatives?
Yes, we love working with seniors and families going through transitions. Whether it’s aging in place, downsizing, or preparing a home for sale, we handle it with care, professionalism, and plenty of patience. We also offer pre-sale market prep to get homes listing-ready.

What happens after I submit the contact form?
We’ll reach out within one business day to schedule a 15–20 minute clarity call. This is your chance to ask questions, walk us through the situation, and decide if we’re a good fit. If we’re not, we’ll still leave you with some direction and advice.
