Organizing NJ is a full-time team that helps real estate agents get listings ready for photos, packs sellers for their move and unpacks buyers in the new home. We work across New Jersey, Bucks County, PA and Staten Island, NY.
The photo date is coming, and your seller still has rooms to sort and a house to pack. We work through those decisions with them and do the hands-on work. You stay focused on the listing.
When agents call us
The seller is still living in a full house.
Photos are booked, and rooms and surfaces still need clearing. We work room by room with the seller, deciding what stays out, what gets packed early and what goes, so rooms and surfaces are clear for photos and showings.
The house holds decades of belongings.
A family home lived in for 30 years, or a house the heirs need to empty. We help the family decide what to keep, pack or let go, set aside what they're keeping, and take donations to local charities ourselves.
The move-out date is tight.
The seller has to be out and hasn't packed. We pack by category, label every box with its room and what's inside, and set aside a first-night box with sheets, towels and toiletries. We give you and the seller a timeline after the walk-through, not before.
Your buyer just closed.
We unpack the kitchen, closets and pantry, put things where the family will actually use them, and flatten the empty boxes.
What buyers open during a showing
Buyers open closets, pantries and the garage. Crowded closets and garages can make it harder for buyers to see the available storage. We sort and set up these spaces so the storage is easy to see.
We also do light staging with what the homeowner already has. We rearrange furniture and decor so rooms photograph well, and tell the seller what to take out, like the recliner that blocks a walkway or sits in front of the fireplace. We don't bring in rented furniture or props.
If you work with a stager, we work alongside them: we help clear the rooms and surfaces the stager needs to work with, and we organize the closets and storage the staging doesn't cover.
How it works
1. Free call. Tell us about the listing, the seller and your photo or closing date. It's free.
2. Walk-through. We see the house, then send a detailed estimate and a timeline.
3. The work. A full-time team does the hands-on work with the seller. After each session, we call you or send a short message so you know where things stand.
Our standard pricing starts at $100 per hour per organizer, with a detailed estimate after a walk-through. Your referred clients receive a preferred realtor rate, which we'll discuss on the call. This rate also applies when you purchase organizing hours for your clients, including closing gifts.

Does the seller need to be home?
For decluttering, yes, at least for the keep-or-donate decisions. For packing and unpacking, many clients hand us the keys.
Can you work around our photo date?
Tell us the date on the call. The timeline comes from the walk-through, so book that early and we'll tell you honestly what fits.
Do you stage homes?
We do light staging with what the homeowner already owns: rearranging furniture and decor and suggesting what to remove. We don't carry inventory, so for rented furniture you'd bring in a stager, and we're happy to work alongside one.
