What’s Included in a Holiday Takedown
Our team takes down, packs and stores your holiday decor, so your home is calm again and next year starts organized.
Includes:

Christmas trees of any size. Ornaments, ribbon, garland and tree skirt come off with care, including tall trees up to 15 feet. Artificial trees are taken apart and bagged or strapped.

Whole-house decor. Mantels, staircases, tables, wreaths, entryways, kids’ rooms, holiday dishes and linens.

Careful packing. Fragile and heirloom ornaments are wrapped first so nothing breaks or tangles.

Bins labeled by room. For example “Living room – mantel” or “Tree – glass ornaments.”

A photo record for next year. We photograph each room before we take it down and list what’s in each bin.

Edit as we pack. Broken lights and decor you no longer love go to toss or donate. One trunkload of donations is hauled away free.

Storage that makes sense. Bins go to your basement, attic or garage, stacked and labeled.

Your home back to normal. Furniture goes back in place and every room gets a quick reset.
We don’t take down outdoor or roofline lights. For those, we recommend a holiday lighting company.

1. Book your date now. Takedown dates run December 26 through January 18 and book up early.
2. Free Discovery Call. Tell us about your trees, decor and storage, and send a few photos. We’ll plan the team and estimate the time.
3. Takedown day. Our team takes everything down, packs, labels and stores it, and resets your rooms.
Pricing: our regular rate of $100 per hour per organizer. A 15-foot tree with hundreds of ornaments takes far longer than a small tree and a mantel, so we estimate your time on the Discovery Call.

When do you do holiday takedowns?
Our takedown season runs from December 26 to January 18. Dates book up quickly, so we recommend reserving yours now.
How long does a holiday takedown take?
It depends on your trees and how much decor you have. A small tree and a mantel can take a couple of hours with two organizers. A 15-foot tree with hundreds of ornaments and ribbon, plus decor throughout the house, can take a full day. We estimate your time on the free Discovery Call.
How much does holiday decor takedown cost?
We charge our regular rate of $100 per hour per organizer. Your total depends on the team size and the time needed.
Can you take down very tall Christmas trees?
Yes. We take down tall trees in two-story rooms, including trees up to 15 feet with layers of ornaments, ribbon and garland.
Do you take down outdoor Christmas lights?
No. We handle the tree and all indoor decor. For outdoor and roofline lights, we recommend a holiday lighting company.
Do I need to buy storage bins?
No. We can reuse your bins and boxes, or recommend clear stackable bins and ornament storage.
What happens to decor I don’t want anymore?
It can go to donation. One trunkload is hauled away free, and a larger haul-away is available for a fee (no furniture, mattresses or appliances).
